Railroad Daze
June 4th - 6th 2010

The Village of Franklin Park and Mayor Barrett Pedersen invite you to come to Railroad Daze on Friday, June 4th, Saturday, June 5th and Sunday, June 6th 2010.  Admission is free.  The location is Franklin Avenue and Calwagner St. at the B-12 Tower.

Attractions include walk-on special and unique train displays, a wide variety of food vendors, a carnival, mini-train rides, a model train display (Saturday, weather permitting) and live music!

Parking
During Railroad Daze, visitors are welcome to park at any legal parking space in a lot or on the street anywhere in the Vilage.

ADA Parking is available at the Franklin Park Post Office located at 9760 Franklin Avenue.

Saturday, June 5th
10:00am to 3:00pm - Free Train Viewing
One of the largest walk-on train displays in the Midwest. Train cars from CN, Harbor Rail, Belt Railway, Amtrak, Metra and more!

3:00pm - Aside of Eden (Rockers from Leyden High)
4:15pm - The State Affair (Alt Rock)
6:30pm - Looney Train (Oldies)
9:00pm - Jimi Jamison (The Voice of Rock)

Sunday, June 6th
3:30pm - Denny Diamond (Top Neil Diamond Tribute)

Seating
Seating is available at all major attractions and areas of Railroad Daze.

Visitors are encouraged to bring personal lawn chairs and folding chairs as well.
