New Address for Utility Bill Payments

Beginning with May’s utility bills, the Village of Franklin Park began using a new processing center located in Carol Stream. As a result, mailed utility bill payments should now be sent to the following address:

Village of Franklin Park Utilities

P.O. Box 4593

Carol Stream, IL 60197-4593

This new address is printed on the return envelope included in your bill. In addition, you can still put utility bill payments in the deposit drop box at Village Hall or you can make payments in person at Village Hall during our regular hours of operation.
