Financial Management

The Finance Department provides all financial budgeting, accounting, and reporting services for the Village. Franklin Park prides itself on conservative fiscal practices and full disclosure in all financial reports. Copies of Franklin Park’s budget and audit reports are always available for public review at Village Hall.

APPROPRIATIONS ORDINANCE

Each fiscal year, the Village produces, refines and ultimately approves an annual Appropriations Ordinance stating the estimated revenues and expenditures for the coming 12-month period.

ANNUAL FINANCIAL REPORT

Each fiscal year, the Village undergoes a financial and procedural audit from an external auditing firm. The findings and recommendations from these audits are then provided as an Annual Financial Report.

Each fiscal year, the Fire Department's Pension Fund undergoes an audit from an external auditing firm. The findings and recommendations from these audits are then provided as an Annual Report.
