Board of Local Improvements

The Board of Local Improvements shall be comprised of the members of the Board of Trustees and shall include the Village President who shall be the presiding officer. Said members shall serve without compensation. Upon the appointment and qualification of an individual as Village Engineer, the membership shall be comprised of the Village Engineer, the Superintendent of Streets and the Village President.
